Project Manager

Hays IT Contracting is a cooperation based on B2B rules. We connect IT specialists with the most interesting technological projects on the market. For our client, a leading company in the insurance industry, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Project Manager.

Work mode: remote

Compensation: up to 245 PLN/h net

Contract type: B2B

Experience: 10+ years

Start Date: ASAP (up to 1 month)

Cooperation: long-term (initial contract for 1 year)

Language: English C1

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in project management, particularly in planning and executing People Surveys.
• Strong technical background with exposure to various technical teams (combination of Data base, UI and Business teams).
• Experience in the insurance sector is highly beneficial. Candidates with a banking background are also welcome. Brokerage experience is a plus.
• Ability to enforce accountability and governance discipline within projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in managing expectations across different levels of the organization, including senior stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical initiatives with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (C1 level); Polish is a plus but not required.
