What are we looking for?

UI Design Expertise: Proven experience in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across B2B and D2C projects.
Figma Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design collaboration.
Understanding of CX: Solid understanding of customer experience (CX) principles and how they apply to digital product design.
Wireframe Creation: Strong ability to translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with Generative AI Tools: Experience in using generative AI tools for design, content creation, or enhancing creative workflows.

Skills

Front-End Development Knowledge: Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with an understanding of how design decisions impact development.
Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
Animation & Interaction Design: Experience in creating animations or interactive elements that enhance user engagement using Spline, SVGator.
Knowledge of B2B and D2C Markets: In-depth knowledge of the specific challenges and opportunities within B2B and D2C spaces.
Experience with Design Systems: Experience in creating and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across products.
User Research: Ability to conduct or interpret user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile or other iterative development processes.
