Job Overview:

The Senior Principal for Artificial Intelligence and Automation will lead the strategic vision and execution of AI and Automation initiatives within our client organizations. This role requires a deep understanding of AI & Automation technologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive innovation and enhance business outcomes.

Role Summary:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and challenges and develop AI & Automation strategies, solutions and roadmaps to address their needs.
• Identify and drive opportunities within client organisations to achieve practice targets.
• Lead and manage AI, ML, Data Science and Automation Consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI & Automation technologies and methodologies, and provide guidance and mentorship to other consultants, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including domain SMEs, data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts to ensure seamless integration and implementation of AI solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader in AI and Automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive AI and Automation strategy aligned with the organization’s goals.
• Identify opportunities for leveraging AI and Automation to improve products, services, and operational efficiency
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and Automation technologies and methodologies.
• Drive initiatives to explore new offerings and uplift practice visibility and personal eminence
• Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the performance and impact of AI initiatives.

Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI researchers.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

Project Oversight:

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI and ML models and Automation solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and business development, to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in Data, AI & Automation consulting, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering AI and Automation projects in a corporate environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.

Certifications:

• Relevant certifications in AI, ML, or data science are a plus.
