Human Resources Business Partner

For a FMCG company based in Paris, we are looking for a HRBP

General Description of the Role

As an HRBP you will be the key point of contact for the employees on all topics HR.

Developing relationships and establishing processes, which ensures responsive and excellent service outcomes for the business and represents continuous development of the function locally.

This role with a matrix reporting line to the HR Director.

Key responsibilities and activities:

• Develop the HR Business partnering function, providing input on future looking strategies to attract, recruit, manage, reward and develop talent.
• Manage the monthly payroll and reporting cycle
• Help to deliver strategies to support growth and development of the business, securing succession and developing potential. •
• Take a hands-on approach to provide human resource expertise in the areas of: organisational change, employee engagement, performance management and development, talent management, employee relations, coaching and development.

The candidate will manage payroll with external provider; He/she will manage recruiting processes and will do a lot of admin tasks.

Knowledge/Skills

• Minimum 3 -5 years strong generalist background with experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within FMCG
• Track record of initiating and supporting service line HR processes and change projects.
• Ability to collaborate with other departments and all levels of associates / stakeholder management internal and external
• Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to effectively manage sensitive situations and confidential data.
• Knowledge of English and French languages
