Sales Operations Manager

We are a growing, AERONES dynamic company looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team. As we continue to scale, we need someone who can manage our sales administration team, oversee opportunity management and forecasting processes, and help drive the digital transformation of our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be skilled at streamlining processes, improving CRM (Pipedrive), working on API integration with other tools (e.g. NetSuite), and enhancing internal tools to ensure sales productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the sales administration team, ensuring smooth daily operations and optimized workflows
  • Oversee opportunity management and sales forecasting to maintain accurate and data-driven projections
  • Drive digital transformation by streamlining CRM (Pipedrive) processes and integrating systems like NetSuite
  • Improve sales tools and automation to enhance productivity and ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration
  • Continuously evaluate sales processes to optimize efficiency and reduce administrative overhead
  • Provide actionable insights through data analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other teams to align on goals and improvements


Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales operations, administration, or a similar role within a growing company
  • Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Pipedrive preferred) and sales forecasting methodologies
  • Experience integrating CRM, ERP (NetSuite), and other business systems
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets and sales performance metrics
  • Leadership experience with a focus on mentorship, performance management, and process improvement
  • Ability to identify and implement automation solutions for efficiency and productivity gains
  • Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in English and Latvian is required
