Recruitment Process Automation Manager

As a Recruitment Process Automation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our talent acquisition workflows through intelligent automation and data-driven process improvements. You will leverage cutting-edge technologies to enhance efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and elevate the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Analyze existing recruitment workflows, identify automation opportunities, and implement scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and RPA technologies.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate key recruitment KPIs to measure process effectiveness and recommend data-backed improvements.
• Tool Development: Design and deploy digital solutions (e.g., AI-assisted job description generator) that align with our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Project Leadership: Manage automation initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation, including collaboration with HR and IT stakeholders.
• System Integration Support: Contribute to the transition of core HR systems by providing business analysis and solution design expertise.

Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), RPA, and process automation tools.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to assess end-to-end processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement effective optimizations.
• Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban frameworks.
• Communication: Professional fluency in French (written and spoken); working knowledge of German is advantageous.
