Position Overview

As the Network & Security Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless management and continuity of network and security services for Managed Services customers. This role involves overseeing the administration, security, and optimization of customers' network infrastructure, including wired and wireless networks, switching, firewall management, VPN solutions, and the implementation of security policies. Additionally, you will assess potential security risks within customers' IT infrastructure, develop measures to enhance network security, and implement proactive defense strategies against cyber threats.

In this position, you will work with core network components such as switches, routers, Wi-Fi solutions, and LAN/WAN structures, designing security-optimized network architectures. To ensure a rapid and effective response to customer requests, you will continuously monitor network and security operations, manage performance optimizations, and oversee update requirements. Furthermore, you will lead improvement initiatives to maintain systems that are secure, up-to-date, and operating at peak performance.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in network and security management; preferably with Managed Services experience
• Having Cisco (CCNP, CCIE) and security (CISSP, CEH, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto) certifications is preferred
• Experience in leading network and security projects from start to finish
• Expertise in network/security devices such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Checkpoint
• Experience with LAN/WAN, VLAN, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), Firewall, IDS/IPS, and VPN solutions
• Experience in managing and optimizing Wi-Fi solutions (Cisco Meraki, Aruba, etc.)
• A leader who motivates and guides the team towards achieving common goals
• Ability to proactively solve complex network and security issues
• Highly motivated and solution-oriented, thriving in a dynamic environment
• Skilled in managing customer relationships and effectively communicating with non-technical stakeholders
• Proficient in English

What Will You Do

• Responsible for the design, management, and security of network and security infrastructure for Managed Services customers
• Lead the team and manage operations effectively by providing leadership in projects
• Manage, configure, and optimize the performance of customer network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
• Manage and configure switches, routers, firewalls, and other security devices
• Establish and implement network security policies; identify security vulnerabilities and develop preventive solutions
• Manage VPN, firewall, IDS/IPS, and other security solutions
• Monitor network performance and security using network monitoring systems, identify anomalies, and resolve them
• Provide technical support for customer requests, analyze network issues, and develop solutions
• Develop and implement proactive measures against cybersecurity threats
• Lead the network and security team, ensuring task distribution and performance management
• Lead network and security projects from start to finish, managing project planning, tracking, and delivery
