🚀 We’re Hiring: Program Manager

What You'll Do:

• Manage multiple enterprise level IT programs and projects in an agile environment to deliver outcomes in an OKR approach,
• Work with business leadership to define the scope of the programs and elicit priorities,
• Coordinate and synchronize multiple scrum teams to design, build and release software,
• Track and measure progress and success against key metrics and drive program deliverables,
• Provide visibility and insights to leadership on the progress and risks of projects and programs,
• Identify and manage dependencies between multiple tribes and squads,
• Help improve the standards and practices for program management and execution,
• Manage risks and bottlenecks, resolve issues and conflicts between various teams and stakeholders.

Who Are You:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics or similar, MBA is a plus
• 9+ years of experience, 5+ years as project or program manager in a corporate environment,
• Solid experience managing large scale IT projects and programs in agile development processes,
• Self-starter, ability to deliver quality outcomes with little supervision,
• Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines,
• Good understanding of software project and program life cycle,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities,
• Result-oriented attitude and relentless desire to meet aggressive schedules,
• Excellent command of English is a must. Russian or German is a plus,
• Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills,
• PgMP, PMP or PMI-ACP certifications is a definite plus,
• Experience in tourism is a plus,
• No restrictions for travel.
