Java Developer

We're currently looking for a Java Developer to join our banking client in Sydney on a permanent basis.

They are ideally looking for a mid-senior level engineer with a background in application development on scaled systems hosted on AWS.

Responsibilities:

• Strong Core Java skills
• Experience developing in scaled, cloud environments, ideally AWS
• Strong hands-on experience on Spring/Spring Boot
• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture
• Great understanding on Java OOPS & entity relationship management
• Hands-on Experience in Hibernate, Junit, Maven/Gradle, GIT, JIRA
• Extensive experience with version control tools like Git, Bitbucket, CI/CD, code reviews
