We think you'll be best geared for success if you can meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Front-End Developer with a strong portfolio of web applications and experience on back-end languages such as PHP, Python.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Knowledge of Symfony and its application in web development.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that applications adhere to them.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with MuleSoft integration

Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented and experienced Front-End Developer with a strong background in Back-End Engineering to join our dynamic Web Development Team. The successful candidate will primarily focus on the development and enhancement of our career's websites across various European Ahold Delhaize brands. This role requires a deep understanding of front-end technologies and a solid foundation in back-end systems to ensure a seamless and efficient user experience.

Key responsibilities of your role.

• Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly web interfaces for the Ahold Delhaize careers websites.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and services with front-end applications.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end related issues.
• Implement best practices in web development, including security and data protection.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.
