The On-Demand Associate role will be liaison between Design, Graphics, Merchandising, Digital, and Sourcing for our global on demand programs in Create Your Own and Made to Order. They will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of our on-demand businesses on our e-comm, in-store, and event pop up experiences. They will also be responsible for operationalizing a simplified and efficient end-to-end process.

Core Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and oversee all aspects of the current CYO & MTO businesses including weekly calls with internal and external stakeholders, proposed seasonal updates, material/component management, product development, marketing, and ample execution.
  • Build project plans for seasonal, special projects, and new category roll outs that capture cross functional workstreams. Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved to required calendar deadlines.
  • Coordinate, facilitate, and attend quarterly stakeholder calls with external partners. Assist in creation of presentations, share reporting metrics, required business updates, and follow-up.
  • Research the competitive landscape in the customization/personalization space to understand best practices, unique offerings, and new experiences that can be offered online and in-store.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budget. Track and report project progress.
  • Detailed meeting recaps with deliverables and monthly communication updates to cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with Design, Merch, Sourcing, & Digital to identify offering and limitations.
  • Ensure approvals in fit, design, and graphic execution.
  • Work to define and automate the customer service protocols. Bubble up issues for resolution as needed.
  • Help on-board new sourcing partners for made-to-order programs. Work to identify partners with the sourcing intake committee and ensure requirement documents are created.
  • Operationalize the on-demand process. Update and maintain the Rise site tool for process and protocols and add new capabilities and ensure all SOPS are created and stored.
  • Coordinate handoffs to partners (system set up, digital briefs, marketing briefs, tech pack creation, testing requirements, etc.).

Salary range: $62,000 - $90,000 annually

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
  • Project Management certification preferred
  • Product management experience
  • Industry-specific knowledge as required
