Role: Engineering Engagement Manager (Work Flow and Content Management)

• Engineering Manager with strong BPM and Content Management Technology solution's management experience
• Should be able to provide better alternate design solutions as applicable.
• Should be able to mentor and guide Leads and Engineers and perform Review of the design across applications & platforms as required.
• Should be able to provide the SME expertise for complex issues in workflow platforms and content management (opentext, Appian etc.)
• Need to take part in Workshops with Business to understand the program objectives and help in the overall solution and estimation from scope of work
• Lead RFP and Solution engagement discussions in Workflow & content management portfolio
• Should be able to understand the overall Enterprise business landscape and see how best the existing and new Pega/Content Management application design can fit into.
• Should be able to contribute for establishing standards / best practices for the COE team
• Should be able to review design solutions provided for complex technical scope and suggest changes.
• Added advantage is the candidate has expertise in implementing Pega solutions in Docker / ODP platforms.
• Experience working with Banking customer
• Strong communication and articulation skills
• Ability to lead discussions, solution proposals with Senior stakeholders in financial services
• Experience working with Geo-disperse teams across the time-zones.
