Duration: 6 months Fixed Term Role with possibility of Extension


Experience and Qualification Required:

We are looking for DevOps Engineer with minimum 8+ Years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work on hybrid infrastructure (cloud and on-premises) with a focus on automation, scalability and Reliability

- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

- Develop and Maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

- Configure and Patch infrastructure using Ansible

- Write and maintain scripts using Shell or Python for automation and operational tasks

- Create docker images and maintain microservices using Kubernetes

- Implement monitoring and observability solutions using AppDynamics, Splunk or Azure Application Insights

- Troubleshoot and perform RCA of Prod and Non-Prod issues

- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed

- Execute application deployments on Prod and Non-Prod environments

- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery

- Participate in Agile ceremonies


Must have skills:

- Experience working with Azure cloud

- Proficient in Kubernetes, Terraform and Azure DevOps

- Proficient in scripting languages - Shell or Python

- Be able to troubleshoot issues on AIX and Linux systems

- Some experience with web servers - Apache or IIS

- Experience with observability tools - AppDynamics, Splunk or Azure Application Insights

- Experience with Agile methods – Scrum or Kanban

- Self-driven and good communication skills


Nice to have skills:

- Experience with WebSphere Application Server and IBM HTTP Server

- Be able to write Ansible scripts

- Experience with databases – IBM db2 or MS SQL Server

- Experience with coding using Java or Nodejs

- Experience with automation using Playwright

- Experience with Ansible

- Understanding of Control-M

- Experience with CDN/WAF solutions like Imperva or Akamai


Preferred certifications:

- Azure Administrator Associate

- Azure Developer Associate

- Microsoft certified: DevOps Engineer Expert

- CKA/CKAD

- Terraform Associate
