About The Opportunity
Job Title: UX Designer
Location: Remote (within +/- 2 hour timezone to our HQ in Estonia)
Job Type: Full-time for Independent Contractor
We're looking for a UX Designer with some technical skills to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you'll not only design intuitive user experiences but also take a hands-on approach to developing interactive prototypes and collaborating with engineers to bring your designs to life. About The Opportunity
Job Title: UX Designer

Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with engineers to implement design elements into production code, ensuring smooth integration of user interfaces and interactions.
- Develop and manage design systems and component libraries that ensure a consistent user experience across all products.
- Engage with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the final design output aligns with business or customer needs.
- Manage the entire design process, from research and ideation to creative concepts and prototypes to final design execution.
- Conduct in-person user testing to observe behavior, distill insights, and translate them into wireframes and improved design flows.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, deliver high-quality results within deadlines, and adapt to frequent changes and iterations.
- Create functional prototypes using design tools and development frameworks if needed.
- Over 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years as a hands-on designer.
- Experience designing UX for SaaS products and well-versed in data-informed product design and development.
- Proficiency in UX documentation, including flowcharts, wireframes, and prototypes.
- A deep understanding of the connection between research, prototyping, and wireframing in the design process.
- Ability to use UX tools such as Sketch, Invision, Figma and any related tools is a plus.
- Experience in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and optionally ReactJS.
- A keen eye for detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to juggle several projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with regional or global teams, especially in a start-up environment.
