Junior Web Developer

Web Developer | up to £40,000 | Stockport, Hybrid

Pearson Carter are currently working with a global wellness brand who are focused on offering safe, effective and premium hemp-derived CBD products as well as additional supplements such as vitamins and minerals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers to transform wireframes and mock-ups into visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Ensure seamless cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance across various devices and platforms.
• Implement and enhance website functionalities, including e-commerce features, content management systems, and third-party integrations.
• Optimise website performance and loading speed to deliver an exceptional user experience.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in web development, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance their digital presence.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver projects within defined timelines.
• Identify emerging technologies in the MedCan space to enhance our web platforms and expand globally.

Experience:

• Previous commercial experience as a Developer
• Exceptional knowledge of PHP and Wordpress
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

Salary

They offer an excellent salary package: up to £40,000 + excellent benefits and an opportunity to upskill in several technologies

Location

The client is based in Stockport and they are looking for someone to be in office once per week in Stockport. There will also be travel to Germany with work.
