IT Audit & Compliance Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high-performing and reliable workplace environment for employees
• Deliver application services to CIOs and IT teams in support of business operations
• Manage the IT foundation for our partners through global infrastructure services
• Act as the first line of defense in IT, security, and risk management

Expertise Required

• Proven experience in audit remediation within IT environments
• Strong analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of audit, compliance, and network security
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently or within a team
• Experience working in a matrixed organizational structure
• Proficiency with tools like Power BI and ServiceNow
• Knowledge in process management and organizational change implementation

Deliverables

• Remediate complex audit findings
• Manage audit projects and governance
• Lead steering and operational committees
• Define and implement action plans for audit issue remediation
• Collect evidence and prepare closure memos for auditors
• Coordinate with responsible teams to ensure progress on all audit items
• Report to the Group CIO Audit Lead, Head of Network Global Products, and Audit Issue Owners
• Deliver comprehensive reporting on audit items
• Attend meetings with auditors as required
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders
