System Analyst (for SaaS Platform)

In this role you will:

• Engage with our clients. 
• Engage with internal members, including our PHP developers, and server infrastructure team. Collect and research project information.
• Identify business, or technical project level flaws and propose solutions to adjust the project.
• Work with our technicians to understand the current state of the system and technical limitations.
• Analyse, examine, challenge, oversee, and convert project information into technical instruction points by establishing granular task level to ensure your items can be used in our development team.
• Establish and define your project task dependencies.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on intelligent solutions to improve efficiency.
• Benchmark, test, and propose implementation of IT procedures that can help to reach business objectives.
• Follow the company set SLAs to reach targets, notify team members and provide information on your general progress. Keep the client informed of the project progress, and/or any related updates.
• Be proactive and raise awareness on projects you get stuck on to ensure fast turn-around. Follow project backlog prioritization.
• Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) testing on deliverables to ensure that projects meet the defined requirements and maintain the highest standards of functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Ensure all project outputs undergo rigorous QA testing and bug identification before deployment, facilitating fast and efficient issue resolution with the development team.

You are going to be a great fit if you..:

• Have a technical background that will help you make architectural decisions. 
• Have a background in the lending industry, have knowledge about loan types, pricing, penalties, and debt collection. 
• Have experience with customer onboarding and scoring.
• Have ability to produce database schema change instructions when instructing developer teams to organize data.
• Have an analytical and logical mindset. Have problem-solving abilities.
• Have good oral and excellent written English skills. 
• Have experience working with Jira & Confluence systems. Have the ability to plan, follow and report on your own work. 
• Experience with building technical requirements for systems implementations – including functional design documents, file specifications, data flow diagrams etc.
• Have an API Design and Documentation experience in designing and documenting RESTful APIs and SOAP services. Proficiency in using API management tools such as Swagger, Postman, or similar.
• Have a good understanding of backend to frontend purposes and limitations.
• Can create detailed QA test cases, defining clear acceptance criteria and performing rigorous testing to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards. Familiarity with automated testing tools is a plus (e.g., Selenium, JUnit)
