We are looking for a Lead .NET Developer to join our team and take on a pivotal role in leading development efforts, managing a team, and collaborating closely with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Lead and manage a team to deliver results effectively
• Plan sprints, estimate tasks, conduct demos, and facilitate retrospectives
• Manage performance loads, collect performance metrics (KPI, velocity, capacity), and optimize processes
• Make tactical and technical decisions to ensure project success
• Perform technical tasks, code reviews, and provide recommendations for improvements, refactoring, and codebase updates
• Design solutions and clarify requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives
• Maintain regular communication, including sync-ups, discussing plans, priorities, risks, and blockers
• Act as a DataArt ambassador, ensuring alignment between the team and the client’s expectations
  

• 6+ years in software development
• At least 1 year of team-leading experience in a team of up to 10 people
• Solid experience with .NET Framework, .NET 6, and .NET 8
• Hands-on experience with Angular 10+ (pixel-perfect markup skills are not required), RxJS, and NgRx
• Proficiency in understanding and usage of OOP, OOD, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns
• Experience with distributed systems and microservice architecture; understanding of peculiarities of microservice-based systems
• Experience with any message broker; RabbitMQ or NServiceBus is preferable
• Good understanding of DB design using MS SQL; experience with stored procedures (SP), EF, and ADO.NET
• Experience in system design, UML, and technical writing
• Strong ability to make technical and tactical decisions.
• Proficiency in setting up and improving development and testing processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both internal teams and clients
• Experience with no sql data bases - MongoDB, Redis are preffered
