DevOps Engineer (f/m/d)

For our European Headquarters in Offenbach (Frankfurt am Main) we are looking for a:

DevOps Engineer (f/m/d)

As DevOps Engineer (f/m/d) you will be part of the Online Platform Section and perform various tasks in projects/operations by being responsible for many types of CI/CD applications, maintaining and troubleshooting the associated middleware of the business systems (brand website) and leading and guide the CI/CD setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the middleware systems up to date with the latest security patches/upgrades
• Administrating, integrating, and migrating the Common Application Servers where necessary
• Administrating customer ecosystems for brand websites
• Developing innovative, reusable web-based tools when users raise requests while keeping them under the company IT policy
• Leading technical aspects of middleware applications
• Creating and maintaining software documentation (manuals, process documents, etc.)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in middleware applications (including CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab, Sonarqube, JFrog, etc..)
• Able to handle SSL related tasks alone (SSL Install/Renewal, SSL Cypher adjustment, conversion, etc.)
• Knowledge of CI/CD configuration and Git applications
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
• Knowledge of Linux (CentOs) and windows server
• Experience with CDN management/operations
• A Team player with proactive and results-driven attitude
• Very good English skills - spoken and written; another European language would be a plus

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of AWS Cloud DevOps, SysOps, Dynatrace, Blackduck
• Experience with Java, JSP, JavaScript, RDBMS (Oracle, mySql, etc.)
• Experience with Web Services design (REST, SOAP, gRPC, etc.)
• Experience in AEM environment
