Responsibilities: 

• Product Support: Assist in the development of our internal products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and positive user experiences under the supervision of senior team members. 
• Learning and Contribution: Actively engage in learning opportunities to understand industry best practices and methodologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products with fresh insights and ideas. 
• Collaborative Participation: Participate in team activities, offering support where needed and learning from the guidance and mentorship provided by more experienced team members to foster a collaborative culture. 
• Strategy: Contribute to the definition and execution of our product strategy under the direction of senior managers, helping to ensure alignment with business goals and responsiveness to market trends. 
• Cross-Functional Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to support product development efforts and strategy execution. 
• Communication Development: Develop communication skills to effectively articulate ideas, feedback, and progress on projects to team members and stakeholders, under the mentorship of senior colleagues. 

Requirements: 

• Location: Portugal 
• Language: English and Portuguese 
• Related Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in areas related to product management such as marketing, operations, or customer support. Experience in web and mobile applications is a plus but not mandatory. 
• Understanding of Product Development: Basic knowledge of the product development cycle, including aspects of design, development, and deployment, is desirable. 
• Strategic Orientation: An emerging ability to think strategically and utilize data in making decisions that contribute to product direction and success. 
• Market Curiosity: A keen interest in staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities to help identify potential opportunities and challenges. 
• Technical Awareness: A general understanding of technical concepts with the eagerness to learn more and the capacity to work alongside development teams effectively. 
• Educational Background: A degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields is beneficial, showcasing a foundation for understanding product management in a tech environment.
