Technology Project Manager

As a Technology Project Manager, you will bridge the gap between IT teams and Product stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of technology initiatives while maintaining clear communication across all parties.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, from requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch support in close collaboration with Group IT
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Facilitate communication between technical teams (IT and/or external supplier) and business stakeholders, ensuring requirements and constraints are clearly understood
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and obstacles, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
• Track and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Manage project scope, timeline, and budget, escalating issues when necessary
• Drive acceptance and technology consolidation across the whole E&E unit
• Deepen the collaboration with Group IT services to influence technical decision-making

Your profile:

• 3+ years of project management in software development or IT infrastructure
• Deep understanding of SDLC and methodologies like Agile and Waterfall
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMP-ACP, or CSM is a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools, beneficial but not essential
• Experience with digital transformation and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana)
• Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail
