Position: Product Manager

Location: Stockholm, Sweden


We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of our products. The successful candidate will have a keen understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, translating these insights into effective product strategies. Reporting to the COO, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and deliver an exceptional user experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Product Expansion & Optimization: Drive strategies for product expansion, retention, and optimization to boost engagement and usability across platforms.
  • User-Centric Innovation: Enhance user experience by identifying pain points and growth opportunities, ensuring seamless interactions in various markets.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with key external stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners to foster product innovation.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Gain deep insights into user needs, industry trends, competitor strategies, and market positioning to guide product decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers, designers, marketing, compliance, finance, and sales teams to develop and launch innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Performance & Growth Management: Oversee product performance, using data and insights to drive growth, optimize conversion rates, and enhance user engagement.
  • Product Mindset & Innovation: Utilize a hypothesis-driven approach and design thinking principles to create user-friendly and scalable product experiences.


Key Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product management or a related role, with a proven track record of managing products through their entire lifecycle.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in project management tools.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of market research techniques and product development processes.
