Chișinău | 🌐 Supporting international teams | 🕒 Full-time

We’re currently looking for a People Operations Associate to join our team and support HR operations across Moldova, Poland and other locations. If you’re detail-oriented, solution-driven, and passionate about creating a seamless employee experience, this role is for you.

💼 What You'll Be Doing

As part of our dynamic People Operations team, you’ll take ownership of daily HR activities and ensure smooth, compliant, and employee-centric processes, including:

• People Operations:
  Manage employment processes - onboarding, changes, absences, offboarding
• HR Administration:
  Maintain accurate records and support the employee lifecycle
• Benefits & Compensation:
  Administer programs and respond to employee inquiries
• Payroll Support:
  Process employee changes and prepare salary reports
• Oracle HRIS:
  Manage data, approve changes, and generate reports
• Health & Safety:
  Coordinate medical checkups and manage work protection documentation
• International Assignments:
  Support relocation and assignment documentation
• General HR Support:
  Handle employment-related tasks and ensure alignment with local laws
  
  

Qualifications

✅ What You’ll Bring

• University degree
• Minimum 2 years of HR/People Operations experience (preferably in a multinational environment)
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Oracle, Smart Recruiters or other HR systems (training provided if needed)
• Strong English proficiency (B2 or higher)
