• Age: 48–50

Location: Oman – Salalah (South of Oman)

• Hospital project / Commercial project
• GCC experience is a must (at least 3 years)

Experienced Construction Manager with expertise in managing MEP projects across all stages—planning, delivery, and administration. Skilled in handling project P&L, quality, safety, and stakeholder management to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing day-to-day operations, including planning, scheduling, and delivery of MEP projects.

Managing key stakeholder relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and government authorities.

Ensuring all project costs, revenue, and KPIs are accurately tracked and reported.

Coordinating with internal teams (HR, Commercial, HSE, etc.) to maintain project progress and resolve issues promptly.

Passionate about driving results, optimizing project productivity, and achieving milestones within budget and schedule.
