Job Title: Senior Golang Developer  

Location: Remote 

Experience: 6+ Years 

Work timing: 2 PM - 11.30 PM 

We are seeking a Senior Golang developer with a minimum of 6 years of experience in backend development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GORM, GraphQL, and REST APIs and experience working with NATS queues. The role demands strong client communication skills, the ability to work independently as an individual contributor, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving production issues.

Key Requirements: 

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in backend development, with expertise in Golang. 
• Strong hands-on experience with GORM, GraphQL, and REST APIs. 
• Proficiency in working with message brokers such as NATS. 
• Expertise in designing and managing relational databases, including query optimization and performance tuning. 
• Strong understanding of message queues, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures. 
• Ability to foresee and proactively mitigate potential production issues. 
• Proven track record of implementing solutions for performance tuning, scaling, and disaster recovery. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions. 
• Capability to translate technical concepts into simple, clear, and actionable insights for clients. 
• Ability to work independently, plan and prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal supervision. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Expertise in writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. 
• Experience in conducting thorough code reviews and debugging complex systems. 

Nice to Have: 

• Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) is an advantage. 
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices. 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
