Position Overview

As a Project Manager Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in coordinating and executing projects across various departments—from technology and operations to customer success. Under the guidance of senior project managers, you will learn best practices for project planning, execution, monitoring, and communication within the dynamic cryptocurrency space. This position is ideal for recent graduates or final-year students from Production Engineering (or related fields) who want to apply their analytical and organizational skills in a rapidly growing industry.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Assist in creating project plans, defining timelines, and allocating resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Documentation & Tracking: Maintain clear documentation of project milestones, deliverables, and progress reports.
• Data Analysis: Evaluate operational metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement in our platform.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, marketing, and compliance teams to align project goals and deliverables.
• Problem-Solving: Identify potential risks or bottlenecks, propose solutions, and help manage contingencies.
• Quality Assurance: Support project reviews to ensure milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose strategies to optimize workflows and project execution, drawing on principles of Production Engineering and process management.

Qualifications

• Education: Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Production Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall); Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus; Strong analytical abilities, with an interest in technology and data-driven decision-making; Basic understanding of blockchain technology or cryptocurrency markets is an advantage.
• Language Requirement: Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential for internal communication and external collaboration.
