About the role

Join a fast-moving software company where you’ll play a critical role in building, improving, and scaling infrastructure that powers great product experiences. We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who’s passionate about enabling high-performing teams, modern DevOps practices, and making an impact beyond just the tech.

What you’ll be doing

  • Prioritise business value over technical perfection—always focusing on outcomes that matter
  • Build tools and platforms that help teams move faster, safer, and with more consistency
  • Design and implement modern infrastructure and CI/CD patterns that support rapid software delivery
  • Embed quality and security earlier in the software development lifecycle ("shift left")
  • Modernise and improve legacy infrastructure and apps for better performance and reliability
  • Expand platform capabilities by introducing or enhancing tools like security scanners, SAST tools, and more
  • Create helpful, accessible documentation—whether it’s in code, Confluence, or Jira—to support compliance and auditability (think SOC 2 and PCI-DSS)

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or DevSecOps roles
  • Solid experience with at least two major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong skills with Terraform and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitLab, SonarQube, or their equivalents
  • Proficiency in scripting with Python and Shell; bonus points for Node.js or Go
  • Experience using service management and documentation tools like Jira and Confluence

Why You’ll Love Working with Us

  • Innovation at Its Core: Be part of a company that’s shaping the future of tech with cutting-edge solutions
  • Collaborative Culture: Work with smart, driven, and supportive teammates who value your input
  • Career Growth: Enjoy a clear path for growth and development in an expanding organisation
  • Impactful Work: See the results of your efforts as you help bring transformative projects to life
  • Flexibility and Balance: We are a hybrid workplace with flexible hours and work-from home options
  • Social Perks: Enjoy company events, including lunches, celebrations and after work drinks!

Ready to Join Us?

If you’re passionate about building groundbreaking software and want to be part of a mission-driven team pushing boundaries in payments innovation, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and let’s build something incredible together! 🚀
