Key Responsibilities

• Project Work: Lead and participate in projects aimed at consolidating mobile contracts globally within the organization. This includes negotiating with vendors, managing contracts, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• System Upgrade: Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to eliminate legacy PBX systems and replace them with Microsoft Teams Phone System. This involves coordinating with various departments, ensuring smooth transitions, and minimizing disruptions.
• Strategy Management: After the completion of the project, manage and maintain the global strategy related to the new communication environment. This includes continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and ensuring the system meets the organization's needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Plant management teams, Local IT, and customer service departments to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of the new communication systems.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on the new systems, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize the new communication tools effectively.
