We are looking for a motivated and skilled Software Engineer (PHP), preferably with experience in Symfony, to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work on building and evolving a cohesive live-streaming management platform for a major sports league, taking on opportunities such as tackling technical challenges, leading initiatives, and contributing to innovative solutions as the project progresses. This involves working on complex tasks, including adding new features, and enhancing the user experience for multiple roles like stream operators, commentators, and club representatives. Our team values a collaborative spirit and practical problem-solving, and we pride ourselves on creating solutions designed to transform organizations. • Develop high-performance solutions based on Shopware, Sylius or plain Symfony
• Design custom-based projects to meet client needs (design not only the code but also the infrastructure)
• Mentor and grow the skills of the team members, promoting a culture of innovation
• Hands-on responsibility for aspects like identify, discuss, document and communicate technical improvements within your area of responsibility
• Analyze functional requirements and creation of software design
• Lead by example on how to improve delivery speed and quality in day-by-day work
  

• Min 3+ years of professional experience in PHP (Symfony framework) and MySQL
• Ability to tackle complex software challenges
• Experience in working with complex solutions and deliver technical solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in refactoring code and improving architecture
• Redis, Elasticsearch or other in-memory storage knowledge
• RabbitMQ or other messages queue management system knowledge
• Fluent knowledge of English

Salary range:

11 140 - 20 690 PLN + VAT (B2B) 

9 250 - 17 170 PLN gross (Permanent)
