Senior Project Manager - MicroStrategy

Who We Are

Technical Project Manager will be responsible to coordinate Microstrategy on premise to MCE (Microstrategy Cloud Environment) Migration initiative. Work closely with the existing teams / PO and the business stakeholders to ensure that success of the project.

The PM must conduct regular workshops to keep the stakeholders involved in the onboarding process, identifying the requirements for the underwriting product, migration to client’s platform and Quantexa upgrade. Report on regular basis to the stakeholders on the progress (time, budget, risk). Work closely with architect and PO to identify the impediments and present them to the management group. Coordinate with the associated partners to gather the required inputs for the planning and status reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Demand Consolidation & Requirements Management. Ability to unify and prioritize customer demands into actionable project scope
• MicroStrategy/PowerBI Proficiency: Technical expertise in BI tools to align vendor solutions with analytical needs. (Microstrategy mandatory)
• Vendor Negotiation & Contract Management: Proven experience in vendor negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and SLAs
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Skilled in aligning cross-functional stakeholders and maintaining clear communication
• Enterprise IT Service Development & Implementation: Experience building/scaling IT services in complex organizational environments

What You'll Bring Along

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management or a related role, preferably within a regulatory or international organisation
• Project Management Tools: Microsoft Project, JIRA
• Proven experience working in MicroStrategy & PowerBI projects
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Expertise: Deep knowledge and understanding of project management principles and infrastructure and cloud technologies
• Communication: Ability to convey complex project information clearly and effectively
• Collaboration: Working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Adaptability: Adjusting to changes and new requirements in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English. German know-how would be an advantage
