AI/ML Engineer

Here Is What You Are Expecting To Be Doing

• AI solution development and strategy implementation for improving the process of laborious operations including but not limited to ESG consultant operation time.
• Collaborate effectively with Data scientists, PM and others to deliver AI solutions as user-accessible services.
• Implement MLOps practices to enhance the development experience of machine learning algorithms e.g. Automation on ML workflows.
• Build ML/AI related system with supporting pipeline e.g. ETL .
• Establish system monitoring mechanisms to improve system stability.
• Design and optimize chatbot systems with LLM, prompt engineering and RAG for the efficiency of internal business processes.
  
  

Skills That Will Help You In This Role

• Bachelor or above in Stats, CS or Engineering related fields.
• 3-5+ years of experience in AI development, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Capable of writing highly readable, maintainable, and scalable code, as well as conducting high-quality code reviews.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML algorithms and workflows, such as NLP, Deep Learning, Recommendation Systems, and more.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following database systems: VectorDB, Redis, postgres,
• Proficient in Python and open to learn new languages.
• Experience with Git, docker and docker-compoe
• Able to propose and design minimal viable system architectures and understand the tradeoffs involved when facing requirements.
