Gameplay Programmer

We are looking for someone "prepared" with a prepared portfolio because communication is important to us.

(You can come vibe in our community discord. We love artists because we are all artists too!)

Candidates Must

• Show a fundamental understanding and ability to execute on scalability in design.
• Have a passion for the artistry of Game development
• Be able to adapt and contribute as a team member and developer.
• Professional Competency in Visual Scripting and programming languages commonly used in Game Engines (C++, C#, etc.).
• Experience in Unreal Engine 4/5 and Unity.
• A good attitude and outlook towards learning and adapting.
• Pride in their work and workflow.
• Taste.
  
  

Candidates Must Be Competent And Familiar With The Following

• Unreal Engine (Blueprints, C++, Behaviour Trees, etc.)
• Unity (C#)
• etc. (any additional tools which reside in the game development pipeline, please mention them in your portfolio)
  
  

Additional Skills Which We Look Out For

• Affinity for Feel Engineering.
• Independent Research.
• Rapid Prototyping.
• Unhindered by the "Waterfall" production SOP.
• Prior Experience or familiarity as/ with roles adjacent to "Gameplay Programmer". (i.e. Technical Artists, Systems Designers, Effects Artist, etc.)
• Experience with Multi-player Networking.
• Experience with VR/ AR projects
