Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Game Developer. The Game Developer will be responsible for creating and fine-tuning engaging game mechanics, developing gameplay features, and designing innovative, interactive game components. Day-to-day responsibilities include coding using game programming languages, collaborating with designers and artists to bring ideas to life, implementing object-oriented programming (OOP), and troubleshooting technical issues in development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Game Programming, Programming, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Experience in Gameplay Programming and Game Design
• 5 to 10 years of work experience required
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, including artists and designers
• Proficiency in game development frameworks and tools such as Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Game Development, or a relevant field is preferred
