We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator to join the operations team. You’ll support the delivery of national hardware rollout projects, coordinate resources and timelines, and play a key role in streamlining service delivery processes across Australia and beyond.


This role is perfect for someone with 3+ years' experience in operations or project support roles—who thrives on creating order out of chaos, loves collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enjoys seeing projects through to completion.

What will you be doing?


  • Lead the coordination and execution of large-scale customer rollouts in collaboration with the Head of Operations and Customer Success teams
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, resource plans, risk registers, and reporting dashboards
  • Support day-to-day logistics including tracking inventory, managing installs, and updating documentation
  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Visit customer sites as required to support trial setups or resolve onsite issues
  • Prepare project documentation, including audio design specs, install guides, and process flows
  • Work closely with stock and procurement leads to ensure availability and readiness of all required hardware
  • Drive improvements across service delivery workflows to increase team efficiency and visibility
  • Collect and analyse performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement


What do you need?


  • A Bachelor’s degree or qualification in Business, Project Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in a project coordination or operational support role, ideally within a technology, retail, or operations environment
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project or similar)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Tech-savvy with solid experience in Excel and collaboration platforms like Slack and Zoom
  • A self-starter who can work independently and adapt quickly to change
  • Passion for customer service and a calm, solution-focused mindset
