Java Software Engineer

We are looking for a Java Software Engineer for a freelance project in Brussels, BE.

Duration: 12 months + extensions

Location: Brussels (2 days onsite per week)

Languages: Dutch C2 Level Needed

Pay Rate: Negotiable

Client: Governmental

Scope: 100%

The department consists of 7 departments, each of which contributes to achieving the departmental objectives and the realization of our mission.

Specific Skills:

• Demonstrable experience with JavaScript
• Demonstrable experience with Spring framework
• Knowledge of JPA/Hibernate
• Knowledge of Maven
• Knowledge of REST
• Knowledge of Testing
• Knowledge of Node/npm

General Skills:

• Proven experience in developing JAVA-based applications
• Demonstrable training with certification or equivalent through experience in programming languages and environments such as Java/J2EE

Must have:

• Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR - level C2
