Senior Full-Stack Engineer

pawaTech is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a can-do attitude, teamwork, and a collaborative spirit. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for rebuilding and enhancing our back-office automation system. Working independently within the IT Operations team, you will design, develop, and implement solutions to improve system usability, compliance, and automation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building a back-office automation system from scratch, using the organisation’s tech stack;
• Creating architecture and deliver as per the development plan;
• Automating processes and ensure the system meets compliance needs;
• Improving efficiency and usability;
• Writing and maintaining unit tests.

What makes you a great candidate:

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or in a similar role, focusing on system development and automation;
• Proficiency in backend and frontend development, with experience rewriting or building systems from scratch;
• Hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot) and Vue.js;
• Strong familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes (k8s);
• Experience using GitHub and GitOps workflows;
• Knowledge of identity and access management systems and related compliance requirements is beneficial;
• Ability to work autonomously, propose architectural solutions, and execute development plans;
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration.
