As an HR Assistant, you will support the Human Resources team in various administrative and operational tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient execution of HR processes.
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
- Assist with the recruitment process by publishing job vacancies, identifying candidates and performing reference checks
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Respond to employee queries and provide information on HR policies and procedures
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (any additional language is an asset)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
