In this role, you will be involved in meaningful projects related to developing new business opportunities within the high voltage products and transmission systems sector. Your work will have a significant impact on the team, customers, and Siemens Energy's mission by enhancing market transparency, mitigating risks, and identifying opportunities for business growth. How You’ll Make An Impact

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, contributing to company growth
• Gather and share market information to improve transparency and decision-making
• Assess project risks and opportunities, ensuring successful project outcomes
• Analyze customer contract agreements, providing negotiation recommendations for favorable outcomes
• Define internal project controlling indicators, ensuring efficient project management
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) or equivalent
• Knowledge of project management, sourcing, and procurement techniques
• Basic analytical and negotiation skills
• Fluency in Slovenian and English
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
• Proactive and innovative mindset, with a drive for continuous improvement
