Job: Senior Specialist (Government Sector).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD).

Skills:

• Extensive experience in manpower planning and workforce forecasting.
• Strong expertise in HR business partnering and advising leadership on strategic HR matters.
• Proven experience as a Certified Assessor (Training Center or similar).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and advisory skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate HR data and make strategic decisions.
• Experience in government or large-scale organizational settings is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
