Strategy Analyst

Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Strategy Analyst to join our team, dedicated to Strategic Planning, Business Performance Management, Scorecards, Data Interpretation and analyzing business processes. The role involves identifying business requirements, conducting thorough analyses, and devising strategic solutions to tackle identified issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify business opportunities and threats.
• Develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
• Support in defining Strategic Objectives, Goals and KPIs
• Collaborate with senior management to align strategic initiatives.
• Conduct in-depth research and data analysis.
• Optimize Operating Model.
• Manage Scorecards and KPIs.
• Customer Value Propositions.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations.
• Monitor the implementation of strategic plans.
• Provide ongoing analysis of strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Assist in the development of long-term business plans.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary data.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops.
• Develop and maintain strategic planning tools and frameworks.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. An MBA / CFA or relevant certification is advantageous.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Strategy Analyst or similar role.
