- ) Guide development of standardized processes for Integrated Project Planning
- ) Manage a team of Project Planners for development of standard project schedules, WBS structures and progress tracking templates
- ) Provide inputs for creating/ updating policies and procedures pertaining to resource planning and project monitoring
- ) Regular review of MIS & Dashboard
- ) Periodic review of progress project and highlighting of key areas of concern
- ) Ensure document management for the project
- ) Ensure capturing of best practices across projects and knowledge sharing across projects
- ) Monitor project progress and ensure development of catch-up plan if required
- ) Resolve inter-departmental issues and ensure smooth functioning across teams
- ) Define clear communication channels and procedures for smooth inter-departmental coordination
