Job Description:

As part of our journey towards DevOps and continuously improving our Software Design & Development operations, we are looking for an Expert for the Center of Excellence.

Soft Skills:

• Analytical ability and the capability to deliver high-quality results quickly
• Bridge builder with a T-profile: broad experience and in-depth knowledge
• Ability to provide training/coaching
• Capable of quickly becoming the reference within the company regarding Design, Development, DevOps etc.

Hard Skills:

• Ability to draft clear and to-the-point documentation
• Experience with Agile, Scrum & DevOps
• Experience with CI/CD Pipeline
• Experience with (setting up) DevOps toolchains such as Test automation,
• Observability platform, Infra-as-code, Containerization, OpenShift, etc. is a plus
• Experience with security in the context of DevOps
• Collaboration with external partners
• Development in cloud and package operations

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide support in the methodological framework for application & data delivery
• Develop the lead developer role and collaborate with experts in other areas
• Handle requests for assessments and work technology-agnostically
