We are looking for a motivated student to join our People & Culture team. Are you interested in working with HR processes at one of the world’s largest banks while pursuing your studies? This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience!

The People & Culture Operations Assistant will collaborate with People & Culture team members in delivering efficient and high-quality HR administration services.


Main activities include:

  • Follow-up and respond on inquiries in our HR channels
  • Creation of employment documentation
  • Ensure correct registration of employment data in the Master data tool (Workday)
  • Advise on HR policies and practices
  • Contribute on various HR tasks and projects


Skills & Requirements

Your profile:

You are a student eager to gain practical experience in HR processes and insights into the daily operations of an HR specialist. To excel in the role of People & Culture Operations Assistant, we expect you to be reliable, adaptable, and a collaborative team player. You enjoy working with various systems and tools, possess a curious and analytical mindset, and are eager to learn. Additionally, you are service-oriented, organized, and appreciate the importance of attention to detail.


The role requires proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and fluency in Finnish, Swedish, and English. We prefer candidates studying HR, Law, Economics, or a related field.


Desirable knowledge includes an understanding of Swedish and/or Finnish employment law.

The role is temporary for 12 months and the employment is part-time, 20% with a possibility to work more hours during the summer months. The location can be in either Sweden (Stockholm) or Finland (Helsinki).
