Project Manager

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for managing the “Document and Data Driven Stream (D3W)” of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. Your goal is to ensure timely delivery within budget while coordinating across business and IT teams in a cross-European, multi-stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Document and Data Driven Stream (D3W) within the SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Plan and assign resources, prepare and manage budgets, define and steer delivery packages.
• Ensure delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Coordinate inter-team alignment and act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders.
• Maintain clear and continuous communication with all stakeholders.
• Apply best practices in risk and issue management, resource efficiency, and stakeholder communication.
• Support adherence to SAP Activate methodology and Agile principles using tools like Azure DevOps.

Must-Have Experience:

• 8+ years of Project Management experience in complex IT programs.
• Proven track record managing:
• Budget adherence
• Time and scope management
• Risk and issue mitigation
• Stakeholder engagement
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Strong familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology and Agile frameworks.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project tools.
• Proven history of international project delivery across large, matrixed organizations.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
