Hiring for HR-Offboarding -Delhi
- Offboarding Coordination: Manage the end-to-end offboarding process.
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements during the offboarding process.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for exiting employees, addressing queries, providing status updates, and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of exit formalities, approvals, clearances.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams ( Talent Advisors, IT, Admin, Finance, Legal, etc.) to ensure timely clearances and resolve any offboarding-related issues.
Skillset:
- Strong organizational skills to manage and streamline the onboarding process efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
- Proficient in excel.
- Ability to multitask.
