Hiring for HR-Offboarding -Delhi


  • Offboarding Coordination: Manage the end-to-end offboarding process.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements during the offboarding process.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for exiting employees, addressing queries, providing status updates, and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of exit formalities, approvals, clearances.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams ( Talent Advisors, IT, Admin, Finance, Legal, etc.) to ensure timely clearances and resolve any offboarding-related issues.


Skillset:


  • Strong organizational skills to manage and streamline the onboarding process efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal
  • Proficient in excel.
  • Ability to multitask.
