Role Overview

The HR Coordinator will assist in recruitment processes, manage HR administration tasks, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our office. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the end-to-end recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing feedback.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure an efficient recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, professional networks, and event coordinators to support ongoing talent sourcing efforts.
- Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employee documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with local employment regulations.
- Assist with internal employee communications.
- Provide administrative support across HR-related functions and day-to-day office operations.
- Coordinate internal events.
- Ensure the office is organized and well-supplied, supporting a welcoming and productive environment.
- Stay informed about HR trends, tools, and best practices.
- Support ad hoc HR projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in an HR support, recruitment, or office administration role preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
