🚀 We're Hiring: Middleware Unix Middleware Engineer with DevOps Expertise 🚀

📍 Location: Bioggio, Switzerland (Onsite – 4 working days/week)

🕒 Contract Duration: 6 to 9 months

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Middleware UnixMiddleware Engineer with strong DevOps capabilities to join our team in Bioggio, Switzerland. If you have hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, GitHub, and Middleware components (especially application servers), we want to hear from you!

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to quality standards, regulatory compliance, and internal policies.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through First Call Resolution and minimal ticket reopens or rejections.
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and proposal development.
• Independently resolve tickets and consistently meet SLA goals for ticket volume and response time.
• Provide L3-level support, manage escalations, and drive incident & problem management.
• Engage in value-added activities such as knowledge base updates, training junior team members, and participating in hiring initiatives.

💼 Required Skills:

• Strong background in UnixMiddleware environments
• Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, GitHub
• Solid understanding of Middleware components, including application servers
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
