We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who wants to be a part of Card Issuing. Card Issuing is a leading provider of financial services and solutions both in the Nordics and outside. We offer modular, pre-integrated card as a service solutions and market-leading software. With our size, expertise, and specialization, we empower financial institutions to enhance agility, efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation.

When joining Card Issuing as a Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Be part of a project management team of 16 experienced project managers enjoying the combined knowledge and support of helpful colleagues.
• Manage the implementation and delivery of our solutions.
• Work closely with customers to plan and coordinate projects, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of the system.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers improve their processes and maximize the value of our solutions.
  
  
  

Who we are looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably within IT solutions, finance, or the public sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Structured and proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
• Good understanding of PMP or PRINCE2 Agile.
• Proficiency in waterfall project management methodologies.
