Job Responsibilities

• Handle enquiry from the customer
• Assist customer on their booking and reservation
• Providing a good customer service to the customer
• Assist in collecting payment
• Generation report at the end of the day
  
  

Job Requirements

• GCE 'N' Level
• Minimum 1 year of front-end customer service experience
• Experience in the hotel/resort industry will have added advantageous
• Able to perform shift duties and work on weekends/public holidays
