Senior Java Software Engineer

This cloud-native system unifies diverse data, supports a thriving open data community, and co-authored a significant data practices manifesto. Founded by experienced entrepreneurs, they have been recognized as a promising startup and a top workplace.

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced with over 7 years in Java Core development
• Proficient in writing UI end-to-end tests using Cypress
• Skilled in working with the React framework
• Familiar with the AWS stack, including Step Functions, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB (or similar), and SQS
• Self-organized and proactive, capable of working independently and managing tasks efficiently
• Capable of maintaining daily communication with English-speaking software engineers on the client side at an intermediate level
• Familiar with Dropwizard applications (nice to have)

• Deliver high-quality development services to clients
• Participate in system analysis, design, construction, integration, deployment, and configuration
• Help establish engineering processes based on best practices
• Provide and regularly validate reliable estimations
• Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features following Agile principles
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs
